Who is the author of the project?
Let’s get acquainted: this is Yury Galata, the founder of the project “Sales Champions”!
“Hello! My name is Yury Galata. I am the author of the project “Sales Champions” and the only one within the territory of the Eastern Europe, Baltics, CIS and Russia who took personal training with Thomas J.Leonard (USA), the “founding father” of coaching. I acquired an international level certificate in 1988. Today I am a coach with 20-year experience and specialisation in Premium and Luxury segment of sales professionals.
During the past years, I have productively worked with more than 10,000 people, and each of them had 100-200 hours of coaching for performance. Having accumulated valuable experience, I decided to share it with others and systematized my practical knowledge into a proprietary methodology. This valuable background became the basis for the project “Sales Champions”.
The systematic approach to training of corporate clients can be perfectly described by the phrase of Buck Rogers, a fabulous IBM president:
“At IBM everybody sells! Every employee has been trained to think that the customer comes first – everybody from the CEO, to the people in finance, to the receptionists, to those who work in manufacturing. IBM doesn’t sell products. It sells solutions.”
